Any new treatments in the last few years?

Hi,

I’m balding to the point I’m thinking about just shaving it off soon.

I looked heavily into treatments a few years ago but don’t want to take finasteride / minoxidil which also rules out a transplant as I understand it because you’re supposed to take finasteride post transplant.

Are there any new treatments in the last few years that I might have missed? Saw an ad for growth cell plasma therapy, is that any good?

The only thing I looked into which actually seemed like a possibly harmless option was scalp micropigmentation if anyone had any feedback on that?

Nothing that's been FDA approved. Best stuff there is is dutasteride + oral minoxidil and even those combined don't work for a lot of people.
