Too soon to tell acutally, I've only been using it for a month now. But I have had to clip my nails more than usual, and they are DEFINITELY harder and stronger. My hair is also growning faster (from the Biotin/MSM combo)

Have a look at Walgreens version of Mega Man. A hell of a lot cheaper.

You only need to take one a day unless you work out really hard and are not getting your daily nutrition intake. They always say that so you will use them faster and buy more. Besides who needs 5000% vitamin C a day, what happend to 100% of USRDA?

do you mean you have to take all these at once or just one of these. and i need somthing that can stimulate rather quickly that i can take only when i need that extra help. i dont want to be walking around work with a constant hard on.
