Any Online Dermatologists That Will Prescribe Topical Finasteride?

my dermatologist was too skeptical to prescribe topical finasteride and I wanted to use it as an add on to other treatments for maintenance thanks

I dont know the answer, but why is topical finasteride not just a normal finasteride prescription? Its the same exact drug although there is no FDA approved topical version so I can see why many medical professionals would not prescribe it if it takes a separate prescription
