Any posts of post transplant after untranslated hair continues to disappear

Does anyone have any photos (or link to other posts) of someone who has had a transplant to fill in the temples or crown and then the rest of the hair on top was lost leaving only strange patches of hair? This is my concern about getting my crown and temples filled in as I will eventually need another transplant or two if the hair loss continues

Get on finasteride & min if you're not on them already, then get a transplant to fill what is already lost.
