Any recommendations for micropigmentation in the Toronto area?

i've pretty much given up on my hair progress. i've had 2 hair transplant's many years ago and now that i'm 46, my hair is so thin that i always have to wear a baseball cap when outside because even the slightest wind will blow it all over the place exposing my thinning areas even more. i've been on 5% minoxidil for 1.5 years with 0 results and been taking finasteride for about 7 months and haven't noticed any improvement. The only thing saving me right now are micro fibres that i sprinkle to cover any exposed scalp but it's time consuming and stressful for me.

so i'm seriously considering getting micropigmentation done. Does anyone know of a good clinic in the Toronto area that I can check out? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to mention that i did that for approx 6 months and (1st 2 months once/week with .5mm, last 4 months 2x/week alternating 1.5mm and 1.25mm) and saw no results. I honestly think i lost more hair during that time and just recently stopped. I was afraid of causing scar tissue.
