any Saw Palmetto users?

Hey guys,
just wondering if anyone here has Saw Palmetto in their regimen? I've started taking 320mg a day last week. I've noticed a reduction in sex drive, and slight testicular pain. Now, I'm not certain that this from taking SP, but I have a feeling it might be. Is this a common side effect? I'm wondering if I should stick it out and see if it disappears or if I should just stop now.

Also, has anyone had any luck with maintaining or even regrowth with SP? any info is appreciated.

Been taking it about 3 years now and its been "OK" at best but I'm still slowly losing hair. No side effects.

Anyone serious about keeping their hair I would say take Finasteride if you can, everything "natural" should only be there as a compliment.
