Any shampoo or conditioner concealers?

I use DermMatch now, and, as far as its efficacy as a concealer, I couldn't ask for better. I've had people inspect my cropped hair in the noonday sun, and nobody can tell I'm wearing it. Also, as long as I don't use minoxidil, it doesn't even come out when it rains.

What I don't like is that I have to plaster my scalp with it after I shower. It'd be so nice to find something as good in a nondescript bottle I could use in the shower. There's just something horribly unmasculine and pathetic about painting one's scalp. At this point, I feel like I have to hide it from women. I'd much prefer a "thickener" shampoo or conditioner that also hits the scalp.

Is there even such a thing?

I'm using toppik right now and plan on getting prothick and dermatch this month. I don't consider it "unmasculine" at all.
It's better than having the appearance of balding. Would some people make fun of us if they knew? You bet they would (at the risk of losing some teeth), but we don't have to put it on in front of anyone and we're not doing it because we're sissified. We're losing hair, which also causes people to to look at us differently.

Yeah perhaps in the future there will be a product that will be able to do this, but until then, the dermattch is about the best we have. Its a little work but it works very well, is cheap for how long it lasts. I would be happy that we have this now rather then 10 years ago.

Now we do have some good shampoos that will help, but not to this extent.
