sprays ok. thickens your hair. just didnt believe in it enough to keep shelling out £60 a month.

I put a few grams in my shampoo. It takes a week to fully dissolve, but is pretty good in a day.

Im wondering..how are they making the spray with apple poly?
Cause i got the apple poly from bulknutrition.. and I would like to make it liquid and put all over my head with a dropper.. any good advice?

can I just mix it with water?
