Any suggestions for alternative hair loss treatments

I am using zinc shampoo DHS, bosley conditioner and sometimes about 10-15 drops of peppermint+rosemary oil in coconut oil…leave in overnight…shampoo out in the morning…no improvement…

The comments are cruel from the barbarians, though a little funny. We have to think outside the box. I am trying Anavar for past 2 weeks & like what I’m seeing. Also Carpe face lotion on scalp.
These are two antidotal posts by other forum members who reported seeing improvements.

That looks like male pattern baldness, you need the BIG3 and a derma roller. Alternatively a cheaper option try the same compound formula as the one I use below and add a derma roller and ketaconazole shampoo.

I use this Topical Finasteride compound mixture from MAA:

Lotion

15% Minoxidil
0.1% Finasteride
5% Azelaic Acid
0.25% Progesterone
0.025% Retinoic Acid
0.1% Hydrocortisone.
