Any Way To Reduce Testosterone A Bit?

I got my T levels tested, turns out I have above levels. I believe that's the reason for my diffuse thinning and the reason why finasteride doesnt do anything. Has anyone know any proven methods to reduce T to healthy levels atleast without taking spironolactone and turning into women?

That's why topical anti androgen are so effective
Use Clascoterone aka CB and it has no side effects won't reduce T or DHT where you need it which is everywhere expect the scalp

Studies look good, but how can you know what the stuff you are getting from china is real? Also there is a big customs problem right now.
