This life style wouldn’t sustain you long term. Ultimately it would just lead to feeling even worse even if it provides you with short term relief. It’s like only eating cookies for every meal. Trust me it would catch up to you once you are 30, 40 and realize you haven’t done anything.

It’s better to be incel and bald with a decent professional life ( contribute to society , buy your own things ) then to be incel , bald and sitting around all day.
