Anyone Conceived A Child While On finasteride?

Just wondering as whether or not finasteride adversely affects any potential children will impact whether I hop on it or not.
So, has anyone had any kids while on finasteride? Did they turn out ok?

Yes, while on Dutasteride , but I had to add cloniphen and anastrozol .

About a year.

The only thing that will worry me about, is if you have much sex while your wife is pregnant and you are expenting a boy, not sure how much finasteride or dutasteride could be on the semen. I had a girl and not much sex during the pregnancy .

I have had two healthy children with no issues while taking 1 mg of propecia. I’d been on it for 5 to 6 years before having my first child and both times we had no issue conceiving.

Thanks. I haven't seen anyone else post/ask about this, your experience is very reassuring for in case I decide to hop on finasteride. btw did you ever experience any of the sides from finasteride (prior to having kids)?

yes, thankfully without consequences. As I read it has not been shown that finasteride would harm the birth of a baby.

I was on Finasteride from 1998 to 2002, and then Dutasteride none stop till 2017. Got My Child in 2014
