Anyone Has Clear Evidence That All These Alternative Treatments Work?

The only clear evidence ive seen is finasteride + minoxidil before and afters. Setiprant, RU, daro.. they are all so expensive and hard to get, im not sure if they are just memes that aren't doing much or they are worth it.

Do we have good evidence of this kind?

The only convincing evidence I’ve seen of RU is this guy on YouTube More Plates More Dates (change that name). He’s got this video with pics of when he allegedly went off ru for over a month and is hairline and density went to sh*t and then went back on it and grew a thick hairline back. Idk how true it is but he says he’s a hyper responder.

RU has clinical trials backing it up, there are multiple peer reviewed studies demonstrating the efficacy of RU. We also have no shortage of use experience on the forum.

Seti is currently being tested, we will know by the end of the year.

Darolutamide, same thing, it's being tested.

All you will ever get is "just read the studies, they work".

As far as before/after picture evidence, good luck. I personally just got RU in the mail today, I bought it from Chemyo, I will try it all year long and see what changes it gives me. This will be my first time using RU, but I, like you, have never seen any pics of anyone using it and having success...I always just got the "the studies" story.

No pics, but I can personally attest that adding RU to a finasteride+minoxidil+microneedling regimen caused an undeniable boost in the regrowth that I was already getting. It started growing even faster when going to RU 2x/day. The boost was noticeable within a few weeks.

These aren't shocking claims... if you dig enough you'll find more of the same. And the regrowth is still so slow I wanna beat my head off the wall and end up losing more hair. Patience is just as important an ingredient as all those chemicals.
