Anyone Has Medi Connection Extensions?

Hi all, new to this forum. I have been experiencing hair loss for 18 months now, breakage and shedding and hair has gone from lower back length to jaw length and getting worse. No medical reason why despite various blood tests. I wondered if anyone has had medi connect extensions or anything similar? And does anyone do this anywhere other than London? I'm based in the West Midlands. Thanks for any advice x
