HEy guys, I'm seriously considering a hair transplant as after 2-3 years on the whole minoxidil/Finastride combo I seem to be coming to a place where it's halted and my hair is not improving and it's finally started to thin further

My hair at the moment - https://www.dropbox.com/s/sc2rb912j2lb4m8/4.8.19.MOV?dl=0

I've been doing my research to try and do my best to keep it in UK, I have discovered these guys. Does anybody know anything about them?

If you trawl through the forum I think you will see many with similar views on this.
There really isn't much to elaborate other than the high prices and poor quality results that is consistently produced in UK. Harley Street is indeed the place for many cosmetic procedures, but when it comes to hair transplant, not so. I have no idea why UK is so poor for hair transplants, and I can only guess the lack of experience is due to the lack of demand which could be related to the UK culture of shaved heads and men not wanting to appear 'vain' etc.
Going abroad doesn't have to mean going to Turkey. There are places with an easy commute from London such as Belgium and Spain where there are highly reputable surgeons with a proven track record. To put it simply- going abroad saves you money as well as a higher likelihood of better results.

Who would you recommend in Belgium?

May I ask what are your views on Dr Edward Ball/Maitland Clinic in UK?

I think at this rate I would just find whoever is best in the world (probably in the US), fly there and get it done.

In Belgium, from what I've seen the highly regarded names are Feriduni, B isanga, and Lupanzala. My personal experience was with B isanga.. Please feel free to check my thread under FUT section.
The UK names you've mentioned seem to be the only ones I've heard remotely positive things about, but as you correctly identified, there really is no point having it done in UK if you have the funds and don't mind commuting. Your chances of having good results are much higher elsewhere.
I'm sure others can advise about reputable surgeons in US/Canada/Australia.
Turkey has a few gems too at much lower prices, but requires much more stringent speculation to find an ethical one.
Narrowing down to the few that you feel like you 'click' with is the key, and also the hard part lol. Weeding out fake reviews is another fun part, but i think you'll find this practice by struggling clinics mostly,as the reputable ones have plenty of genuine testimony.
Good luck
