Has anyone heard of this?

I am doing a course of Mesotheraphy and the clinic have asked me to use this during the treatment. They ask me to take out Minoxidil and use this instead, twice a day same process as topical minoxidil.
I go into the clinic once every 2 weeks for a dermapen treatment, during the dermapen treatment they massage in a solution also they use, followed by laser theraphy.
Any thoughts to this?
