I just throw a couple 5mg finasteride tabs in my bottle minoxidil. Mixes easily. Did the same with dutasteride a while back - seemed like I was getting worse with dutasteride over a few 6 month trials so back to finasteride now.

Did not see much change in 6 months so to save pills just kept oral going.

Wellll….I guess so. I’ve been on oral since 1999. Mainly maintenance and slow degradation thinning all over.

Was dutasteride destroying your hairline?

Yes it was not helping just seemed like was hurting rather than helping topically and even orally when I took it.

Same. I think for some of us it's so powerful that all it does it cause AR upregulation. It made my scalp super itchy too.
