Or more adequate amounts of sleep during the week instead of at most 4 to 5 hours.

Dude, I've just answered one of your earlier posts.

The fact is, your body need 7 to 8 hours of regular sleep. Forget the hair, if you don't get enough sleep your whole body and mind will be fu*ked. You need to rest. If I were you, I would be worried about my general health and not the hair.

Do yourself a favour and stop worrying, and go to bed... You need a proper sleep. If you can't sleep, go jogging regularly and get up at the same time every morning. Any kind of sport makes me sleep like a baby. Besides, exercise will regulate your hormones and blood flow and will take the stress away a bit.

I believe sleep and exercise are most important when it comes to feeling good/healthy. However I don't think they have a big impact on hair loss.
