Anyone Start Rogaine Then Discontinue?

I started rogaine Feb 2017 and stopped 8 months later. I had a full head of hair and accidentally started rogaine everywhere.

Have been off of it for 3 months and shedding 20-30 long hairs a day (meaning its top crown hair, not sides or back)

I still have a lot of hair but should I start rogaine again to stop the shed? Or will most of my hair come back soon naturally?

Do you have male pattern baldness? Why did you stop? The shedding phase while using Rogaine is normal and usually lasts a few weeks, just stick with it. If you quit cold turkey expect a shed.

I had to quit cold turkey using it due to my job and experienced a massive shed. I probably won't start back on it until I'm out of the military, so about 14 months from now.
