anyone trying cesim's topical arginine?
I was wondering how you would mix it up,
I mean if people are going to try it it would be good to establish a protocol.
obvioulsy at first without results, it would, by it's nature, be abitary, but it would mean feedback from people would have some kind of relevance, and everyone can adjust ther formula as data comes in.
this is what I have so far.
10g L-Arginine
4 fl oz of water (should we use a good quality mineral water?)
baby oil (brand and amount?)
time of application...?
length of application...?
how much is applied, how is this measured...?
Is it ok to use with minoxidil...?
A whole lot of questions, it would be good to get a common concensus.
