Anyone's nails turn yellowish from using the foam??

Ever since I started it back in Nov, I have mustardy yellowish ting mainly on the ends of my nails that nothing gets it out. Anyone else?

My skin on my finger tips have turned a bit white and dosnt go away after washing my hands well
