Anything I Can Do About This Head Shape?

When i shaved i saw my headshape was weard its really long and flat and from the front its asymetric
Is there anything i can do about this i cant get a wig or a transplant because im diffusing allover

Looks ok to me. Much more desirable then head that is flat on the crown or one that looks like a straight line from the neck up. Hard to tell exactly but you seem to have enough hair where letting it grow out a bit might be better.

I'm a Norwood 3 with difuse thinning alover and extreme retrograde alopecia cant grow it out :/ to be honnest i would rather have a more flat head

You look okay. Since you can't do a hair transplant, how about SMP? It's just hard to find one that actually can do an okay Job but if I was in your shoes, I would research the sh*t out of SMP.

I already did but even the "good" smps dont look very realistic to me

I have to agree on that honestly. I heard about good ones in the US, but to see it on pictures and in real life infront of you, are two different pair of shoes. But might still worth it to research and see in person results and you can go from there.
