This is an easy one...on your grocery store's shelf. Making cole slaw?

i read that stuff from a grocery is not of the highest quality. I did a google search, but i didnt find anything too helpful. I guess Ill keep searching. It is supposed to be beneficial for your hair too. it acts a vasodilator and helps ease blood to parts of your body including scalp, i dunno. its worth a try.

I've been using ACV daily as a pre-shampoo rinse since December 05 (I also drink a few tablespoons daily in a glass of iced green tea - supposed to be good for anything that ails ya).

As far as the topical use goes - you need to get the Organic Apple Cider Vinegar as the pateurization process kills all the good stuff.

I prefer the Braggs brand. Doesn't smell or taste as strong as the other - plus it comes in a bigger bottle.

Using an old shampoo bottle, I'll use 8oz of ACV, and add 3 tablespoons of cayenne pepper and 1 tablespoon of ground ginger.

Once in the shower, I sprinkle this mixture on my scalp, and shampoo right on top of it and let sit for 2 - 4 minutes. Great for scalp health and hair health.

Apple cider vinegar

How about Kombucha, that very new age thing that contains everything acv has plus a lot of great additional stuff?

Here's a great additive I've been using:

I have an 8oz. container that I fill about 2/3 with Bragg ACV and 1/3 with distilled water. I add 10 drops of the Pure Cap for the "heat". I find it has less smell than the cayenne powder and there are no bits and pieces in the mix.

I recently bought a culture of Kombucha tea at ebay - not looking forward to growing it or whatever you do, hope the instructions are good - but the benefits sound good.
