Hey guys, long time reader first time poster, can anyone update me on apple polyphenols? I've heard it has great effect on hair and I'm thinking of trying it myself, is it worth it?
this guy said that grape seed extract had the same effect as the apply poly formulation. he had some success however he was throwing the kitchen sink at his head.
he was also using topical finasteride and maybe minoxidil.
most of the ingredients are easily obtained online.
