Applying minoxidil foam that has turned to liquid.

Hey guys! I bought some foam minoxidil and I saw on YouTube that Kevin Mann warms it up so that it becomes a liquid and then draws it up using a pipette. Then using the pipette he applies the liquid to the scalp. I couldn’t really find a pipette to buy and so my question is if I can use a dosing syringe instead which I think will get the job done too?
