Applying minoxidil with hair spray and mouse in your hair?

Hey guys, i was wonderin if its ok to apply minoxidil when i have hair spray and mouse in my hair? I have to apply it twice a day and i'm tryin to work it in with Revivogen which i apply before i go to bed and the only way i can get both applications is if i apply it during the day when my hair is done.

i forgot another question, do u guys use the dropper or the sprayer? I've been tryin to apply it with the dropper to my hairline and vertex and it seems like all it does and run down my face? and i have to wipe it off, so i've been tryin to rub it in, but it says in the directions u don't have to rub it in, just apply it, so i'm thinkin about maybe tryin the sprayer instead? which do u guys use? thanks guys
