Applying minoxodil to hairline inital shed?

OK so usually I would only apply minoxodil to the back vertex area but I recently started applying to the hair line in the hope of improving density as I have heard (anecdotally) it can help do so.

I'm wondering if I should expect an initial shed for this area in the same way you might for the top of your head. Does anyone who might have had some success or any sort of experience like this have an information on whether a shed might be expected?

Yes you can expect to shed on your hairline in a similar way to the vertex.

I stared applying Minoxidil just over a month ago only to my hairline. Previously I was thinning more on the left side of my head but since using the Minoxodil my right side has become less dence.

I still think I'm shedding (5-15 hairs while styling and washing) and there are obviously no results yet. I'm taking photos every three weeks which I will post up a few months time.
