since i have long hair it takes a long time to get all of it dry.
is it ok to apply on hairline if i only get that part dry or must the entire head and the hair in my back be dry also?
or is it ok if only the area im applying to is dry?
it just has to be dry where you apply it. It is not an all or nothing thing. The worst that can happen is you could get more systemic effects or less benifit.
