Are companies REQUIRED to report clinical trial status?

Does anybody know the policy on reporting phase I, II and III clinical trial data? Is that data proprietary to the company? I know it took a long time to hear the reason why Glaxo never proceded with dutasteride clinical trials.

And HairLossTalk.com mentioned multiple teams working on cloning, or at least a cure in general for androgenic alopecia (male pattern baldness). Anybody know how many teams there are? And where they are doing their work?

yea i agree i'm interested in this subject too,
cause hairmax' s lasercomb is still supposily still "interperating" the fda results, Its almost been a year? i dunno it just feels like a monkey can do it faster than them. Seems real fishy
