Are Results For Dermarolling Permanent?

Interested in trying dermarolling and have some questions. Will appreciate if you experienced guys can give me some advice.

1. Will dermarolling create new hair follicles or arouse the old miniaturized ones?

2. If proven effective, are the results from dermarolling permanent? Or do you have to continuously use it weekly/monthly in order to maintain?

Dermarolling isn't enough, need to combine it with minoxidil I'm afraid.

Nothing is permanent. If you stop treatment, balding will continue. Only transplanted hair is "permanent"

Thanks for your answer. This also means that the treatment reverses the miniaturization of the follicles right?

Yeah, if the treatment works that should be the case, however if you stop the attack of DHT,... will continue to "damage" the follicle.
