are split finasteride pills safe to handle?

i use 5mg finasteride pills and cut them into quarters and i was wondering if it's safe to touch stuff afterwards or if it's bad for other people and pets to come in contact with? i heard skin contact can be bad.

is it safe to just chop a pill in my room or should i keep them by the sink and wash my hands every time i pop it?

Yes yesterday finasteride touched my skin and it made this obvious burn mark. Im in so much pain rn.

Seriously just wash your hands you filthy mongrel, takes one minute.

If you’re that lazy, just cut all the pills in one go and put them back in the bottle then WASH YOUR HANDS!

Cutting and handling them should be avoided if your are trying to conceive/ Your partner is pregnant.

In any other situation I think its fine.
