Are we discouraging hair loss researchers?

All the people on here taking proscar 4ths or buying overseas, denying Merk any re-imbursement for the Propecia Phase III trials. You think Merk and Folica don't read these forum? I bet a lot of companies don't pursue plant based cures because they know we will rip them off. And if they make a pill, the indian pharmacies will rip them off.

Suggestions anyone? Should we all pass a hat around and send it to Merk or Follica?

I blame Merck for not getting RU on the market it's normal companies to put "fingers" on these kind of boards, i guess 90% of the writers here use something to solve the problem which is potential customer to their eyes. And the rule is simple if you want to have hair you have to use the product.

Proscar costs just as much to make as Propecia. When you split it, you send Merk less money.

Still I'm NW4a because I did not start in time, since I did not have the money till much later. Had Merk given me some freebees when I was young and needed it, I'd have more loyalty to them. Still, it is good I'm not getting worse. So I should give them something.

I'm about to start buying propecia, but I'm upset the doctors get $60 per prescription. If we are going to have one for propecia, we might as well have one for asprin, since Asprin can actually kill you.

I blame Merck for not getting RU on the market.

They won't pay for FDA trials when they are not making more on Propecia. And RU actually is expensive to make, because you need much more in a topical than in a pill.

Problem is the front it the first to go, and many don't get on because they think it won't get worse, or they think it can't save the front, or they don't know how bad baldness can be, or they think it is so bad already (at NW2) that they might as well accept baldness if it won't regrow the front.

I don't think there is any chance of us discouraging the at all. What REALLY is are the insurance companies. It's pretty friggin hard to find a plan that covers hairloss treatments.
