We haven't gotten any news in some time. Things seem bleak. Is anyone else starving for some news? The 10th Hair Loss Congress starts in 6 months. Is anyone thinking that we might get good news from the Hair Loss Congress? Does anyone think that scientists will finally announce a solution to all of the inductivity/expansion problems? Six months isn't that far away.

Well isn't this a little funny. My sole dislike comes from you, when I told you you were coping by thinking better treatments are 1-2 years away. That was less than a month ago.

Sooner or later they all learn. Didn't take you all too long at least.

Every time nameless makes a thread - drink!
- @That Guy

Hey nameless, I don't want to troll you, but I think you should calm down a bit more.

At your age hairloss is as devastating as at any age. But your posts hint at a slightly paranoid personality which also can be a huge turn off.

We have some treatments that can slow down or even stop the balding process. For me all the new treatments are a silver lining for the future, but nothing more. We can not will them into existence. Yes it's possible that we will have new treatments in the next years and that is all we can say for now.

Let's all donate to https://www.hairlosstalk.com/intera...o-kyoto-hair-congress-2017-fund.105184/unread
In the meantime.

To answer your question, are we doomed, yes.

On the other hand, our leader is a great role model for people with bad hair.

If a man with the same hair density as my chest hair can become president, nobody
can blame hair for their problems in life.

Now, go get a hair transplant, and dye your hair orange!

But he'll soon be back to saying not only is there a cure of baldness imminent, but for completely replenishing ageing cells and we can all look 20 again.

This year it's going to cost almost 6 grand to send Hellouser to the Congress. I just don't know if we can raise that much money. It's quite a bit. I'll chip in $200 but I want to wait until I see that we're within reach of the necessary amount.

Someone suggested that money could be saved by not taking the train and using a pass instead. I think Hellouser should look for any possible savings like that so we can try to get the price down. There's no way we'll be able to send 2 people BUT there is a man who posted that he lives in Tokyo and he said he would be willing to attend to help Hellouser, if Hellouser needs some help. That could save us some transportation costs since he already lives in Tokyo.

We already know that Shiseido will be there. I'm curious to see if they have anything to say about how things are going with their repeat Replicel injections.

Yea I don't have much faith we will have better treatments anytime soon. Perhaps some are already out there but we don't know about them yet - just imagine how long finasteride had to be out and tested for before it was proved to be effective for hair

Still in a way I like to hear people saying new treatments are right around the corner, even if I find it hard to believe it can be comforting to hear

Hellouser could stay with this guy and they could drive there together. Could save on hotel and transportation costs.
