Hi I started to grow boobies (moobs) after using dutasteride for 2 weeks so 2 days ago I took half a cc of aromasin and it didn't do anything for my gyno. Yesterday I decided to take 1 cc or 25mg of exemestane (aromasin). I woke up today with less gyno, but when I went into the shower I lost close to 600 hairs. My whole scalp has thinned out now, usually I lost 60-70 hairs in the shower. Do you guys know any AI's/SERMS that don't kill hair?

Aromasin is not a serm. It blocks the conversion from testosterone to estradiol. So there is more testosterone aviable that can be converted to dht. This is why is not good for hairs. Man you cant start to shedding after only 2 doses of arosamin. It seems you are trolling us lol

I think you should try with raloxifene..if it can prevent your gyno without hurting your hairs..
