Aromatose inhibitors

For those who are about to start propecia, is starting on aromatose inhibitors a good idea? Does anyone here use them?

I think that a few people around here use them. However, I don't think that some people are aware that aromatase inhibitors like aminoglutethimide inhibit steriodogenesis all together.

Hmm, what about SERMS then? And is there a topical way to apply these? I just want a way to fight the gyno if it starts, so I want to be prepared with something.
