When on any type of DHT Blocker is suffer from what appears to be damage in the skin of my manhood, and im beginning to wonder whether this is becase dht is being blocked, there is a rise in estrogen, and perhaps if estrogen was controlled/blocked i would be able to have another shot at finasteride

Can a scientist out there please post?

I have not to date managed to find my side effect anywhere out there?

Short answer: DHT maintains tissue function, bloodflow and nitric oxide synthase release in the penile tissues. Inhibit DHT and you can induce fibrotic-like changes.
