Ashwagandha Experiences? Does it help for hair loss?

Well i was thinking in try ashwagandha

have anyone try it?
does it help with hair loss?
mostly wanna use it for to reduce cortisol

I know it reduces cortisol and is an anti-inflammatory but it also increase T and DHT. Maybe try rhodiola rosea instead to reduce cortisol, fish oil also reduces cortisol.
