Aspirin an anti-inflammatory, could it work for hair?

i can see where you're coming from with this but aspirin works by thinning the blood making it pass thorough areas of limited circulation, whereas minoxidil widens the vessels, the blood vessels in the hair follicles are very narrow and people generally have good circulation around the head just not to the hair follicles, thinning the blood would just let it travel past the follicles faster but won't benefit the hair.

IIRC, someone on Regrowth was using an Asprin topical to reduce the itchy scalp feeling. But that was probably a year or two ago.
