I'm getting bad side-effects from Finasteride now after 4 months , weak erections and watery semen. This is at 19 years old. Seriously it could not get worse for me , my only hope of keeping my hair now is gone. I'm going to have to get off this drug before I officially f%$k up my manhood. It isn't fair.

Is there anything else I can do? Please help..
Should I wait another month and see if they go away?

ok i see you are taking 1 mg 7 times per week...i used to do that and had the sides you are experiencing. i changed my dosage to 1 mg every other day. my sides have disappeared. erections are good to go. i read on another post that even smaller doses of finasteride can inhibit the same amount of DHT and a larger dose. so far, i have not had any sheds or hair falling out, but it has only been a few weeks.

does anyone has any of the studies or threads that shows finasteride in smaller doses still works?

I've done .25 still got sides and shed, which i guess is prove that even small doses do the job. But some guys are unlucky

decro435, we are in the same boat. Soon i will start minoxidil which is not good choice in long term but i hope will save some year with that. Plus i added copper peptides and soon plan to add RU 3% and Eucapili, let hope that i will keep my hair with that regime until something better come. I also use 2% Nizoral which can be promising. Maybe latter i will put 0.50mg finasteride twice per week

When you say weak, do you literally mean weak as it only semi hard? Or just slightly weaker?

Also how long did it take after altering your dose did you return to normal?
