Average catagen hair phase count is 1% my biopsy came back as 23%

Does anybody know what this means? I can’t seem to find ANYTHING about this. My derm gave me oral min to promote longer anagen phase but she has not given me a direct diagnosis. 22M btw and I have been on finasteride for 13 months and ORAL min for 6 weeks

New to this forum so I don’t know if y’all can see my title but I had a biopsy done and my Catagen phase count came back as 23% and the usual count is about 1%
