Finasteride would be your best bet. Go to keeps.com and they will get you a prescription.

Cannot see your frontal hairline with these pictures so I cannot give a definitive opinion, but it looks like only some temporal thinning atm. Very treatable if you're willing to take finasteride and don't pospone it for later.
Short answer is no but it's probably time to consider finasteride in order to stabilise your loss. What's your age?

You’ve still got good density and with your young age you’ll probably respond well to treatments. You remind me a bit of that guy who used to have a channel called Keratin Brotherhood. He regretted not starting treatments sooner.

Just go on keeps.com they'll have you take pictures and then the doctor will mail you a prescription. Easiest fastest way, your 21 and losing temples quick... But if you stick to the treatment, you'll atleast stabilize and possibly grow it back.
