Okay some informations about myself, then pictures to provide.

- I am 18, turning 19 in January.
- my dad is bald, I think he started losing hair after army, probably around 25 years old.
- my grandfather from father side was also bald as far as I know.
- my dad had curly hair.
- my mother has straight hair.

- my grandfather from mother side had straight hair and didn't lost hair.
- I have straight hair as my mother.
- hair started falling since few months ago, I think around September, but still there's no f*cking changes in my hair shape (or whatever it's called lol).
- my hair grows quite fast, I cut my hair now and in about a month it's the same as before.
- I'm losing hairs when I have greasy hair and I think the number of hairs I lost is usually below 100 (doesn't even reach that number though).
- When hair is washed, I don't really lose more than 2-3 hairs if I pull my hair.

So thing is that am I really f*cking anxious about this losing hair thing (as my ears stick out and I can't afford to lose hair tbh) or it's really a problem about it?

I'm worried only about sides, the crown is fine and the rest of my hair too.

Hair is for sure receding. If you get on finasteride now, you will probably maintain for many years. Don't hesitate until later you'll hate yourself.

Hello , unfortunately nothing can be told about it , baldness is a very random situation that can skip generations , so even if your father or your uncle are entirely bald it doesn't mean that you'll necessarily be bald at your turn , even if you had a growing baldness ,noone would be able to tell if whether or not it would continue its evolution , because it can stop at any stage, it's entirely up to your luck (your genes) , it's sometimes pointless to take your father / uncles as a reference.

same goes for the white-hair gene , some do have it early enough while some don't.

when my hair is greasy it falls out just like yours , nothing abnormal at this stage.
yes , being anxious affects keratin => means your hair is more likely to fall out if you are a stressed person. (but this is not a male pattern baldness in this case)

So chill the hell out mate , you have to be convinced that it could deteriorate your hair's health if you stress too much ,if you don't have any thinning hair ,everything will be okay , that's the earliest symptom of a male pattern baldness (besides hair falling out in bulk).

make yourself a reason , be optimistic ,and don't think about it too much ,unless symptoms show up (and I am not talking about the greasy hair thing) , I am talking about thinning and more than 100 hair falling out daily.

I can't say with certainty, because I don't know what your hair was like before...if it has changed...
Because people can have such strong and forward hairlines......so even if they recess, it's hard for onlookers (such as myself) to actually know with certainty if your hair has truly recessed, I'd say you're very week NW2 IF that...

You have to remember some people don't recess at the temples...lucky bastards...
I've seen posts on here of people's foreheads only get higher at the beginning of recession, because their hairline is so strong. Like an equivalent of a NW2.

Small forehead is the best to hide recession, can be nice because you still loook good but usually you won't notice your male pattern baldness before it's too late.

Ughh all the pictures I have are there. The difference is that in the first two sets of pictures I didn't pulled my hair back.
Also, I think my hairline now is sightly better than in the last set of pics.
