Is it because those dudes can get chicks in real life instead or because bald muscular guys portray more dominance, which is more suitable in a p**rn environment?

You don't want pretty guys in p**rn, makes the average p**rn viewer feel inadequate and the last thing you need when jacking off is feelings of jealous or inadequacy over the looks of the man doing the f*****g. As for the big dicks, I don't think most p**rn viewers would feel as inadequate over dick size as they would with facial features and hair, most guys don't have inadequate dicks and bigger isn't necessarily better as long as you're average sized. Let's just face it, it's all just f*****g random with no thought process behind it. p**rn producers aren't making Apocalypse Now, there's no thought process behind it, sometimes they find a bald guy with a big dick and muscles, other times he has hair, who cares.

Very RARELY is there just a "paid" guy unless hes super good looking and the WOMEN want to do scenes with him, and usually the women only want to bother with that if it helps their career.

In the end most of the bald guy you are seeing are actually the ones paying the girls (or those guy's friends), NOT hired by some sleazy director. They ARE the sleazy director.
