I'm 20 and have been losing my hair for some time now. I was wondering if I still have time to start treatment and for it to be effective. What treatment do you guys recommend? I am also wondering what I would be classified as on the Norwood scale.

NW3, but the frontal thinning is creeping inwards. You still have time, but i would start treatments now before this gets worse. Finasteride combined with minoxidil and dermarolling should give you a reasonable chance to recover some of the central thinning.

NW2.5. Once your thin areas in your temple fade your a NW3. You never had perfectly shaped hairline to begin with. finasteride/Min.

I agree with you. It is hard to articulate but you did it well by saying creeping inwards. Once this happens, then basically everything on top goes to hell so I wouldn't wait on treatment.
