Damn a norwood 4 is awful for your age. I've heard of and seen similar cases over here in Eastern-Europe. Make sure you get on some kind of treatment IMMEDIATELY. Preferably finasteride and minoxidil with dermarolling.

Those should buy you enough time or maybe even be enough to regain some ground. If they're not enough, either opt for a transplant or sacrifice a bit of your masculinity and go for stronger drugs. Depends on your financial and emotional situation.

Thank you for your answers guys, I have been under fina and minoxidil for +6 months, no results I lose a lot more than 100 hairs / days, I get thinner from week to week it's really sad

In addition I tried an experiment, I tried to tinder with the photo of a bald guy of my age (which is rather bg), not a single like Oo.
As if I was non-existent and it turned off all the girls.
