Balding/thinning at 20. Don't know what's happening, help please

Hey I'm 20, I didn't realise I was thinning / balding till I got a haircut a while ago. I don't know what's happening with my hair. Went on finesteride 1mg last week, took one tablet and got sides. Shrinkage of testicles, pain there. Penis wasn't getting fully hard, no more morning wood. What can I do, someone help me please!! I have attached images, can someone tell me what's going on?!

You know what's going on... You're hair is thinning... I would try finasteride again but maybe cut the dose in half. At 20 you do not want to lose anymore of your hair especially at the crown where it looks most thin. I would also cut your hair a bit shorter to camouflage the thinning, a good hairdresser could hook you up quite easily.

Looks like you might be thinning everywhere sides included. Get checked by a hair specialists like a hair transplant surgeon. In the mean time halve the dose of finasteride to .5 /25 or do EOD to see if the sides subside or lessen.

I had success reducing sides by taking 0.25 mg daily for 2 weeks. Then 0.5mg for the next 2 weeks. Now I'm at 1 mg daily.
