A lot of people complaining about bald teasing on television shows, commercials, other forms of media. To me its basically the same as making fun of some one being black or asian.

Huge movements started to stop racism and even fat teasing, Yet no one is doing anything to stop the baldness jokes, where are the facebook groups, marches, etc?

it's the one drastic physical transformation that you simply CANNOT talk about. At all. It's pointless to try to raise awareness about this. Well, actually, you could post video of young kids who have tried finasteride, lost their hair and committed suicide... but then that would back fire as well. People would just say, "I wish he had better parents and friends, so he wasn't so vain".

No one cares man. Those with a full head don't give a sh*t obviously, and those that are balding are FORCED to just swallow their grievances and "deal with it". Why?

1) because in most cases it is men. Men aren't allowed to ever complain about ANYTHING that is altering their physique (gaining weight, losing hair, wrinkles, being short, small penis)... NOTHING. why? society. It's a f*****g rule. Men can't show weakness or vulnerability or they are considered "vain", "pathetic" and "weak".

2) It's not a real "disease". It doesn't negatively effect the functioning of your internal organs. If a man loses hair from chemo, there is obviously much more sympathy for the way he looks.

It's pointless dude. completely pointless.

Well, for the fat people, they are ridiculed and it's sad.

They get tired though. Not only that, but there're aren't enough toilet
seats to support them.

Maybe we need to make fat scooters for them?

I thought everyone was given one of these upon receiving their American citizenship status.

two of the biggest movie stars in the world right are completely bald. Completely. If the rock grows his hair out and is anything more than a NW5, i'll be surprised, because the last time i saw that c*** with natural hair it was having a race with sweat to see who could reach the back of his head first.

Sorry but this just smacks to me similar to that of men complaining they're being emasculated by feminism and women, to which the only sane response is :"really? a girl did that to you?"

Every group is defended more than likely one of the most universally discriminated against group, ugly people.

If you think about it there's actually many reasons for this.

Doug Stanhope does a great bit on it. (Go to 1:50)

since you need it spelled out:

There are bald men currently occupying one of the highest positions in the social hierarchy, and have been for a number of decades (i.e its not a strange phenomena or fad). You are not being "discriminated" against any more than Lena Dunham is being discriminated against because Elite won't hire her to be a supermodel.

This is about other groups/races being discriminated against in significantly large numbers, and you're talking about 0.01% of people who are celebrities. Black men are needlessly stopped by police for petty violations but 50 Cent has mansions, what discrimination? You're saying that because there's inevitably a niche market for a genetically gifted bald guy to make millions of dollars in movies, the other 99.9% of bald guys should just put up with being mocked and ridiculed while 100% of other groups can rightfully feel victimised for something beyond their control.

Meanwhile fat shaming is a great counter-example, Lena Dunham may not be hired by Elite Models (though I'm sure they do have plus size models so even that's not a great analogy) but you go on twitter right now and publicly call her a land-whale, see how far that gets you. OR you can post a dozen images of Rafa Nadal's remaining strands rolling across a tennis court and you'll mostly get lol's and likes.

Welcome to humanity. If you're below average, you're not worthy to be loved (LOL what does it even mean?), or treated with respect or dignity, no matter how good-hearted, intelligent or talented you are. Looks and appearances are all that really matter to people, substance is irrelevant. If you're ugly, you exist just to be a punching bag for someone else, in a way or the other.

The point is that in a progressive society people who have been punching bags (or you feel in some way still are) can feel offended and abused, and others will stand up for them and acknowledge they've been a victim.

Sure you can still throw a blanket over it all and just say everyone who isn't attractive is somewhat neglected and unwanted, but at least in this intended progressive society it's not openly correct to just abuse others for things that aren't their fault.

Bald guys? I will say that attitudes are somewhat changing, but baldness is still largely laughed and mocked at, and there's absolutely nobody taking it seriously. That's surely not fair.

this is a great example of how detached from reality you are, especially the part where you think elite wouldn't hire lena dunham because shes fat and not because shes ugly as f***. Ashley Graham she ain't.

Yes, your situation as a balding man is definitely comparable to african americans being racially profiled. Are you even reading what you are typing? At any point is there a little voice in the back of your head going "maybe im just being a neurotic little b**ch" ?

by the way i checked. Fat jokes are still well and truly in vogue. So are racial jokes.

I missing the part where you suffer actual discrimination as a bald man and not just narcissistic injury because people occasionally point out some less than ideal feature of your visage, like a big nose.

"Progressive"? You truly believe "progressive" is an adjective that properly describes our society? You can't be that naive or optimistic. "Regressive" is definitely a proper description. An ugly young male today in Western society is simply finished.

Intended as progression, I know where you stand on this.

You just took the least relevant part of my post as the most significant and googled a gif response, so you don't deserve much more of a response and I guess this is all you get.

Are you suggesting that ugliness isn't discriminated against? Because that's verifiably false.

Or have I misunderstood you?
