ball ache...??

i dont know if its the finasteride, but 2wice in the last week, my balls have felt really tender... the first occasion i touched them in the shower, and it gave me belly ache for hours, the next occasion i was f*****g the mrs and they hurt that much i couldn't walk after...

any ideas??

I get an ache in my testicles from time to time too, the intensity varies, it's the finasteride.

You know, its amazing the power of the mind. Im expecting finasteride to arrive any day now and start and I've been thinking about the possible side effects you can get such as ball ache. And what have i had thinking about it the last couple days... ball ache. It makes me wonder how many of these sides are kinda self induced just by thinking about them...

i get it too. just a dull kind of ache. i sometimes think its because ive sat awkwardly or something with one leg under the other and i do feel
it in the shower. ive no idea whether its the finasteride/dutasteride or not as ive been on them so long i cant remember what they were like before! seems to me that you can always find something amiss with your balls if you rummage for long enough.

i had the ol' ball ache too in the 2nd week. although I'm not sure if it was caused by finasteride or not, i've had it before a couple of times (usually if I haven't had a 'clear out' for a while).

Yeah, I totally agree with that. Before my finasteride arrived i was totally anticipating the ache and then I got it. But I remember when I had it on the bus one morning and i tried so hard to convince myself it wasn't real and then it went away. no sh*t!

Ball Ache

My husband totally gets this and he is convinced it is the Propecia, he will feel a lot better when he reads all your posts. Do any of you experience feeling crappy if you run out of Propecia for a few days or get irratable??

sorry guys but ball ache is not cool. the ache clearly shows theres some sort of effect to your prostate/testicles. you dont play around with this sh*t.

Do you guys also find you can't cause them to rise anymore? I noticed that when I was on it, along with libido loss and an occational ball ache. These happened especially a couple of hours after taking it, and I always woke up dehydrated as hell.

During the last couple of days my left testicle started aching more than usual, not a dull ache, at one point it stopped me in my tracks, I have decided to cut my dosage very slightly, maybe .75, it's not much but I'll see how it goes.
