Bark of the cacao chocolate tree regrows hair ?

Theres an alternative nutritionist who stated that the bark of the chocolate tree, when applied to the head can regrow hair .

I can find the youtube videos where he says it, however, since I cant find much information about this anywhere else, Im not saying it works.

My question is, has anyone else heard of this ? And If it has been mentioned on the forum before, excuse my ignorance for not checking.

My first impression is, it proabably can, but no more than any other herb out of the hundreds of them from south america, so maybe it can, but so can a load of other herbs equally aswell help hair loss. Thats my opinion.
