Been away, anything new?

Been gone for like 2 months and was wondering if there is any new info on new cures, treatments, cloning or is it just the same old repedative Big 3 BS with a possible mix of some other junk that could help the main 3?

I am not saying the treatments don't work so there is no need for some of you to start stretching your fingers in expectation for a lengthy retort defending the products.
